Policy
Welcome to my studio! Before your first appointment, please make sure read my salon policy. During your visit, you'll also be asked to complete a client card. This helps to ensure that I provide you with the best possible service tailored to your needs. Thank you for your cooperation!

Rules was established to ensure the safety and well-being of both our clients and technician. I prioritize creating a secure environment for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding.
Appointments:
Please book your appointment before coming since walk-ins are not available.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Please respect your time and my time.
Cancellations:
24-hour notice is required for cancellation or re-booking. Then I can book other people who are waiting in line.
Medical Conditions:
Inform your nail technician about allergies or any medical conditions for a safe experience. I will not accept clients who are ill or have cold.
Cell Phones:
Please minimize cell phone use during your visit.
No show appointment:
If the client fails to come or cancels the appointment at the last minute, they will be asked to pay 50% of the treatment price they missed before booking the next appointment.
Right to refuse service:
I will refuse to do service to anyone with a nail condition I suspect to be contagious or open and infected wounds on the treatment area.
No kids:
Please come to your appointment alone, with no kids or friends. Procedures require close attention and concentration. I also use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.
Speak up:
Please speak up if you don't like something or change your mind before I'm done. When you leave the studio, that means you are happy with the service you received.
Changed your mind:
No refunds will be offered because you have simply changed your mind.
Respectful Conditions:
Treat our staff and clients with kindness and respect. Rude, mean, or disrespectful people will not be tolerated and will be asked out to leave.
Only my products:
I'm not working on existing nails from another nail technician. I can remove them and do everything from scratch.
Payment:
I would appreciate it if you would pay in cash, but transfers are available.
Service guaranteed:
Nail extensions and gel polish are guaranteed for 3 days. If you lose a nail or notice chipping or lifting in the first 3 days, let me know and I will fix it for free. Repairs after 3 days will be charged.
